I visited H R Owen because a friend had recommended them. My initial contact was regarding a possible purchase to which they responded very helpfully. Subsequently they have serviced my Bentley for the last two years. They have arranged its collection and return very efficiently also carrying out additional work such as wheel refurbishment and tyre replacement at sensible prices. Robert Williams has been especially helpful with regards to servicing and maintaining my Bentley in top condition.

Great service from a grounded professional team, who are enthusiastic about customer service. From walking in the door on our first visit, to leaving some hours later we were looked after very well. We can highly recommend the services of Will Murphy, he listened to our requirements and comments. And guided us through all the specifications and options that the cars we were interested in. We purchased the same day, and collected a short time later. Our car was presented in an excellent condition, and the nice touch was that it was unveiled in a dramatic way. We have since had contact with Will, and nothing is too much trouble. Looking forward to calling in again when back in the area. Highly recommend H R Owen as the place to purchase a car. Have recently experienced my most enjoyable buying experience at H.R. Owen, Cheltenham. After a few telephone conversations Marcus made himself available when I was in town and suggested I spent half an hour driving the almost new Audi S5 which I was admiring. A deposit was paid and Marcus personally delivered the car to me in Surrey the following Saturday. It was as simple as that. He was pleased to spend time with me too in running through a few technical aspects of the vehicle. A great blend of professionalism and friendliness and of course the S5 was immaculately prepared and I love it! Thanks again Marcus.
