Baylis MG Gloucester

Have had excellent service from Baylis MG Gloucester and highly recommend them. Gemma has been extremely helpful through the purchase of our MG ZS EV and now with my husbands car. She has been very patient working out a number of deals, taking us out for test drives and we can’t fault the service and care that we have received.

We were greeted by Gemma who was so helpful in helping choose the right car for us. Every process was fully explained and the best deal was sorted out. Gemma is a credit to the company and I fully recommend anyone to visit the store and get the same treatment that we did.

So grateful for the service I received from Baylis Gloucester, Went up with a car in mind and was given lots of time to look around the car and given lots of information and help about the Vauxhall Mokka! A massive thank you to Jordan for all of your help with the paperwork and patience when waiting for everything to go through, always happy to answer any questions and always happy to be at the end of the phone! Jayden was brilliant. I had a Ford Fiesta reserved and just went into look at the MG’s. Jayden and Jack were very helpful, not at all sales led, just listened to what I needed and then did an amazing deal so I cancelled the fiesta. Today, 6 days after visiting the showroom for a look I picked up a new MG3 and it is such good value for money.
I would highly recommend a visit and ask for Jayden or Jack.

Very many thanks to the whole team at Baylis MG for the professional service from finding a car, arranging finance to driving away. My partner and I spent a day visiting dealerships in Gloucester and Baylis was the only one where we received personal attention - thank you! Particular thanks to Gemma for taking us through the whole process, keeping us updated and completing the paperwork seamlessly.

Edit: 4 weeks later and I'm still waiting for a new handbrake despite chasing multiple times. The release button came off in my hand before I'd even left the forecourt and was sellotaped on for a quick fix (it was fine on my test drive 3 days prior), you can't just order a new button apparently so I'm still waiting on that handbrake. After sales care isnt great 😒

A great service from Gemma at Baylis. It's been a long wait (no fault of Baylis) but we finally picked up our new MG ZS EV Trophy LR yesterday. It was a smooth and efficient handover and we are thrilled with our new electric car. Many thanks!

Gemma was a wonderful sales person and knew all the features on a brand new designed car. Every question I asked she knew the answer to with her product knowledge. One question I asked she did not know the answer but swiftly found the answer for me.
