I have been into quite a few car showrooms where no one can really be bothered to talk to you or spend the time answering questions - but the complete opposite is true at Berry TD! Everyone we came across was helpful, welcoming and hospitable. We ended up visiting on a number of occasions and were always offered a cup of tea and a seat!!

Eleanor H who looked after us needs a special mention. I had never had a BMW before and we were upgrading to a much larger car (2 in fact!) She was incredibly knowledgable and spent ages with us talking us through the options and answering my endless questions. She was very relaxed and encouraging on our test drives, particularly as I was so new to a large car. She took the time to explain (with diagrams!) the benefits of the various policies like GAP insurance and how the PCP agreement worked. I felt totally confident by the end of the process that we were making a good decision and I have absolutely LOVED driving my new car since! I never felt rushed or under pressure and that made all the difference. Thanks so much - we will definitely be back!!

Lonny was very friendly and helpful, flexible, no pushing or intimidating techniques, also made me a fair offer for my old car therefore, very pleasant and hassle free buy & sale experience, thank you!
I would also like to mention that, after Berry took over I could gradually see how much they have been improving and valuing their customers which was the main reason for me to give it a try and, I am pleased I did.

I booked my car into Berry Thames Ditton BMW due to a recall for a software update. There was also a couple of additional issues that were identified by the technicians which were all rectified before I collected my car. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Rob in the servicing department was superb. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and kept me fully informed at all times. I would highly recommend.

Chose this place for a safety recall, had no idea what to expect but we were met with a quick, professional service and a handy review at the end. Lovely friendly staff on pick up (par from the young blond lady who was giving my partner some unaccommodating looks because he was wearing sweatpants for an 8am drop off which I will never understand about people) Will now know to come here as we didn’t realise it’s so close and we will be buying a car next year, thank you!
