Great dealer and staff. Bought an s3 from here, car was much a much better example and cheaper than others that I went to see. I had to come a long way but Ray was very helpful and sent extra photos and a video and lots of other info so I was confident that the car was a good one and I wasn’t disappointed when I got there. Would definitely recommend.

Been looking for a new car for a while. Found a decent polo, very clean, good condition, fair price. They leave you to look at it without breathing down your neck. Any questions all you have to do is ask, happy to answer, gave me the keys and let me take it out. Was ready for me 3 days, fresh 12 months mot, 3 months rac warrenty, serviced, cleaned.

Bought a merc 220d convertible from these guys, part chopped out old car, very fair and honest throughout the whole transaction. Really nice to deal with honest, genuine people who understand that being realistic with your part exchange and not overpricimg cars on the forecourt makes the whole process so much easier. After sales service also good, they even offered to be reasonable on wheel refurbishment for when the better half wrecks em😁 wont be long before we try that service out. Cant recommend them enough

Went to look at a car here about a year ago.found one I liked but was not happy with the part ex value they offered.had 2 guys walking around my car many negative remarks just did not feel professional.

Everyone else thought it was nice but anyway I kept my car for about another 16 months and 10k miles and got offered £400 more with 3 days left on the mot.

Just did not like the vibes of this place maybe they were having a bad day who knows.

This said many people happy here too.

Phoned and booked to view BMW 325i SE, car was there ready on the forcourt to be viewed. Car was cleaned inside and outside before arrival. Friendly and helpful staff with good knowledge of all cars for sale. They allow you to view the car on you own so you don't feel pressured or rushed. Excellent car, great price. Highly recommended and will be using them again. Thanks guys

Update September 2020: I have noticed the red Jag (EX56 RXY) up for sale again without mentioning the noticeable fault, so hopefully they have fixed it by now.

Visited Cars2U to purchase a Jag. Put deposit down May 2020. Test drove the car and there was a 'knocking' sound upon sudden acceleration. Left this with the dealership and they assured me it will be sorted before pickup. Communication wasn't the best on numerous occasions. I was told I would be called on a specific day, then I wouldn't hear back. I or a relative would call only to be told to wait for the mechanic, they cannot be rushed, they are working flat out with other jobs. Any sort of update *at all* would have been much appreciated. I waited 2 weeks without knowing, only to hear that the cause of the Jag's 'knock' cannot be found or repaired. They said they replaced numerous 'bushes' however the noise continued.

The dealership then offered a significant reduction in price off the car. They then offered the £100 deposit back as I did not want to continue. Communication needs improvement. Any sort of update about the Jag would have been appreciated, even just to say they'll call back with a more detailed update from the mechanic at a certain date.

I bought a Mercedes SLK some time ago, and I am very happy with the purchase the guys who sold me the car seem very professional I hope I can say the same in the future too. At the moment I can recommend this dealer.
