I had a great service from Snows Toyota Sarisbury Green when I recently purchased a new car. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. There was no "hard sell" to purchase or to include the additional extras such as extended warranty, GAP insurance and G3. The extras were explained thoroughly and again no pressure to purchase (probably why I ended up purchasing all 3, but this was my choice).
The car was ready as arranged, fully valeted and with a full tank of petrol.
Adele, the salesperson was very professional and took the time to explain all the gadgets in the car that I was not aware of and took the time to tax the car.
I would definitely recommend and would like to give a special thanks for the customer service received from Adele.

I recently purchased a VW Polo GTI+ from Snow’s and they were excellent to deal with. I enquired about the car mid-week and Dane communicated quickly with me over email to get it sorted. As I was travelling a long way, we completed all of the finance application over the phone and I had picked the car up and driven away by Saturday. Car exactly as described, and Dane went over it thoroughly before I came to check for any marks or issues. Faultless service, thanks again!
