Acorn Crewe Mitsubishi

I have been looking into getting a new car for a while and haven’t had any luck at other local dealerships. I was pleasantly greeted by Emily who was so helpful and knowledgeable on the forecourt. She couldn’t do any more for me and I will be looking to purchase in the near future.

Best main dealership Service Department I have ever encountered. A I had a problem with the audio head unit on my lease car.They couldn't replicate the problem. I recorded a video of it happening and emailed it to the service department. The next day, unprompted, they called to book my car in before I had a chance to call them.
The fault was diagnosed and the part ordered. They called again to advise the part had arrived. Booked in for the next day and fitted under warranty.
Not once did I have to chase anything up.

Excellent service. I would definitely buy a car from this dealership as I know the aftersales is superb. Emily is a credit to your brand

I Recently purchased a Mitsubishi Outlander from the Acorn Crewe dealership. Hayley was brilliant from start to finish. No pushy sales tactics, just a warm welcome!

Hayley practically left me to it, I inspected the car in my own time, she answered all the questions I had and any issues were addressed before sale. Exactly as agreed.

She even charged the car up (free 28 miles for the journey home back to Manchester) which I thought was a nice gesture taking into consideration the cost of electric these days!

Excellent, reception was brilliant very professional and helpful I left my car the turn around was good everything was explained when I picked it up full major service carried out nothing missed more than satisfied extended my service package for 2 more top marks.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The video they gave was clear and detailed and my car was returned cleaned and refreshed. We have another Outlander and that to will be brought here for its service and MOT when due. Highly recommended.
