Once again amazing service from Dacia Chelmsford. Been coming to this branch since 2016 and I am on my 3rd car. The service has always been great from salesmen, manager through to customer service desk staff. This time round I dealt with Shane who was lovely! He was so helpful from the start. He kept me informed throughout the wait for the new car and was great on the handover today. Thank you once again for your great customer service, I love my new car!

Just took delivery of our new leased Dacia Sandro. Shane Chapman could not have been more helpful or patient from start to finish. A total professional he guided us through all the paperwork and kept us regularly updated on progress.

Throughout the purchase of my new Dacia Jogger i was looked after by Shane Chapman. I cannot praise him enough.
He has consistently been approachable, polite, friendly,responsive and understanding.
I first made my enquiry in September 2021 and drove away in my new car less than 2 weeks ago so it's been a long process (due to the car only being released into the UK market this year)but Shane has kept in touch, kept me informed and been honest. The process may have been long but Shane made it as easy and as accessible as possible. He is a credit to Dacia.

Absolutely fantastic service given. Michael and Shane went above and beyond to get me a car asap and were so lovely during the hours I sat in Dacia with my 2 year old.
I cannot fault their level of commitment to getting all the paperwork done as quick as possible.
There was no hard selling either which was refreshing!

The online booking service was so user friendly so easy to book in , an added option to request a loan car while mine was being serviced. Regular email and text messaging for any updates which was very useful . The staff in store greeted me with such politeness then explained everything to me regarding my car service
