Sturgess Hyundai - Leicester

I brought a used car from Sturgess this week and was exceptionally happy with the service I received. Ellie was brilliant from start to finish, she explained everything I needed to know and more and was super friendly and efficient. I will definitely recommend to my friends and family. Excellent service from Sturgess, kept me informed on a regular basis of the proposed delivery date. When the car arrived were quick to prepare the car for an early pickup and explained the features and connected my phone. Fair price on my part exchanged Golf. Friendly helpful staff who I feel I can approach with any follow on queries.

I recently purchased a Mercedes from Sturgess and I can’t fault them at all. Very happy with the vehicle and service! There were a few ‘bad points’ to the vehicle as to be expected for a five year old vehicle! I pointed these out and was pleasantly surprised when I got a reasonable amount off the price of the vehicle for these minor ‘bad points’. Can’t fault these guys at all!

We ordered a Tucson Ultimate in January and were advised it was would be due for delivery in June.
Well here we are in June and the car has been delivered as promised.
Excellent service all round from start to finish from Sturgess Hyundai, Leicester especially James Fry who has been on hand all the way through to offer help and advice.

Tariq at Sturgess has been a star yet again sorting out a Suzuki Swift for our daughter who was upgrading from her first car!
