Desira Fiat, Citroen, Abarth, LEVC & Alfa Romeo Bury St Edmunds

I recently purchased my new BMW 1 series from Desira Fiat Bury St Edmunds and the entire experience has been fantastic. I was looked after by Barney, who was extremely polite, friendly and knowledgeable - he really made me feel at ease throughout the entire process. The service provided was incredibly thorough and I felt as though all of my questions were answered during my visits. Barney always followed up with a phone call following any emails I had sent regarding the purchase of my new car and everything was explained in great detail (it was nice not to feel as though you were being rushed out of the door once the sale was confirmed!). The new car on collection was immaculate - so thank you to the person who did such a fantastic job valeting it! I must also say thank you to Dave, who was so lovely, polite and welcoming. You guys make a great team and it was a pleasure to visit your showroom (which in my opinion, was a relaxed, welcoming and non-pressured environment). I would not hesitate to buy another car from you in future and I have already recommended you to family and friends! Thank you so much for helping me to find the perfect car.

I've never felt so uncomfortable when enquiring about a car and when you have your car appraised you would not expect your glove box compartment to be turned upside down, at least leave someone else's property how you find it, the tone also changes very quickly if you disagree with what is being said, this is only an honest review of my experience and I am sure there are probably many happy customers.

Hi , I bought a van recently from the bury branch, can't believe how smoothly this all went From the moment I enquired about the vehicle, the sales man George was fantastic, professionally friendly and so easy to talk to , this man went beyond the call of duty to make me happy, I cannot remember ever getting service like this anywhere, I highly recommend .

Found a car i liked online, pressed the send message button, got contact back within 24 hours, dealt with Thomas over the phone and he kept me well informed on the status of the car, and was happy for me to send my parents over to test drive it for me - i was coming from the midlands, between 1st contact and collection day, it was smoothly done with lots of back and forth communication, made it so easy for me. He even sorted the dings and chips and chucked in an ice scraper. Thank you Thomas.
