First class service at Chartride Sports & Prestige Ltd. After the initial purchase of my Lexus 450h I then had to get repairs carried out after a rare collision. My experience left me genuinely impressed with the company and I felt obliged to leave a review complementing them on their speed, quality service and their genuine commitment to customer care. Their aim was to ensure that my vehicle was brought back to the excellent standard it was purchased in. All parts ordered were original and tested before my vehicle was returned. They also returned the car fully cleaned inside and out and I was very happy with the price quoted. Based on my experience to date I would be happy to use this company in the future for either a repair or to purchase a vehicle.

Very professional and polite customer service, from the moment I enquired about the car I was interested in, Chartridge Sports & Prestige was very helpful with all my questions, dealt with all necessary paper work, took the car for a long pressure free test drive, once I was completely satisfied with car. Brought many cars over the years, most trustworthy and honest car dealership I have experienced..Couldn't recommended them more

Absolutely criminal treatment. Bought a car from them based in Belfast and shipped it over myself. When it arrived had large windscreen crack which was not mentioned when they were asked if there were any issues. Upon noticing this large crack straight away, we got in touch and they told us they would pay to fix as it was their fault. They then avoided us for two weeks not answering phones only to turn around and say they weren't going to pay and it wasn't their problem.

Sneaky way of dealing with it, rude, discourteous and untrustworthy. Avoid this business at all costs unless you want damaged goods.

I went to see a Q7 and Kam was really patient and knowledgeable about the various makes and models in the large SUV range. There was no pressure or rush to buy and he took me on a long test drive. He had the customer's interest in mind.

We bought a VW transporter around 5-6 weeks ago, the guys at the garage happily fixed a few cosmetic bits we spotted when viewing before we collected.

The whole process was smooth and we were kept up to date as to when it would be ready for collection.

Four weeks after buying we realised it needed a new battery, technically this wasn't the garages fault or responsibility- just one of those things. But I contacted cam to see if perhaps he would pay half towards it as we'd only had it for a month. He offered to pay for the whole cost of a replacement battery and transferred the funds without question.

Overall an excellent experience, we would definitely but from Chartridge Sports & Prestige again in the future.

I purchased 2 cars from Chartride Sports and the customer service was exceptional on both occasions. The team were extremely professional, and honest, they went out of their way to help. Highly recommended!

I resently purchased an audi A6 from chartridge, very helpful and professional. Had as long as I wished for a test drive and look over the car. There was no hard sell from the owner and he even held the car for a week until my wife and I could get to the garage, without asking for a deposit.
