I bought my Suzuki swift from Fufus carr today. The hole team were very professional and honest. Robert was brilliant. He was not pushy with the sale or any of the process of buying the car and when I did decide to buy the car I was always kept up to date on the car while I waited for some adjustments to be made.

My Mondeo had a Engine Malfunction warning on the dashboard and would not start? I had it recovered to my local garage who had it a week and returned it stating it was fixed! One week later same fault, luckily I had just put the caravan away in storage. I rang my local garage who stated it was a dealership problem and they wouldn’t look at it again.
After ringing round about 4 Ford dealerships Rufus Ford was the only one who answered the phone promptly was very helpful and was willing to take my sick car in for diagnosis and repair. I initially spoke to Simon in service who stated to get the car recovered to them and they’d look at it on a certain day. The car was recovered to them and within days they’d started the diagnosis but it was difficult to find. They kept me informed of the rising costs per hour as I’d stated I didn’t want the bill to be too high. I had calls from Andy who was working on the car who again kept me informed, he eventually found the fault replaced the part and hopefully my car will be as reliable as it was before this episode. The final bill was under what was originally stated which was a bonus. Very helpful from start to finish, far better than the big dealerships I rang initially. Certainly recommend these and would certainly get my car repaired there again.

Have bought/sold a couple of commercial vehicles at Rufus car, so efficient, professional. Process is always so easy, no messing about no fuss. Special thanks to Peter and Robert. Highly recommend this dealer especially for Ford rangers they always have the best stock in. I appreciate you guys!

I bought a vehicle over the phone being 5 hour drive away. Robert Bullock cannot be faulted and is an asset to the business. Nothing was too much trouble, all requests were complete with a perfect vehicle on collection.
