We purchased a car from these guys back in July, I am a skeptical person and always doubt car dealerships. We arranged to view the car and a time was given, we arrived to the car waiting for us to view and everything was fine. We noticed a few marks, scrapes etc and these were noted with Alex who said they would be done at their expense. We test drove the car and really liked it, so we bought it. The drive home was only 35 miles but in that time an EML appeared. We phoned Alex who instantly got the car booked into Mercedes for a diagnosis. It turned out that a NOX sensor had gone. Mercedes said they could get a new one but it was on a 3 month back order, and the other issue was that during this time the Adblue countdown had started, which wasn’t great news.
Adam Automotive told Mercedes to order the sensor and in the mean time sourced another sensor, none genuine but allowed us to continue driving the car as normal. It was fitted and off to Mercedes for the calibration and within 11 miles the EML was back on but no count down which was great. We then returned the car for the paint work to be done as agreed and a week later the car was returned and looking fantastic.
Last week the NOX sensor arrived at Mercedes and was fitted and promptly paid by Adam Automotive.
The reason I left this review so late was just piece of mind but these guys have been great from the word go and stuck to their word.
We can’t fault them one bit and highly recommend them. To all of you at Adam Automotive, Alex and Mo you’ve all been great.

It’s not easy finding the right car but these guys never left a stone unturned and both myself and my wife are over the moon.
The car was a fantastic purchase and was exactly what I had wanted.

Purchased a vehicle from this dealer. The initial service during purchase was great. However, I was given a copy of a HPI report showing the vehicle had no outstanding finance. On leaving Adam Automotive with the vehicle I ran another HPI check with RAC which showed the vehicle had stock unit finance outstanding. I called the company the same day asking them to clear the finance. It took them over a week to do so after calling them everyday. They didn’t even have the courtesy to respond to my email stating the finance was cleared . They also promised a contribution of £150 towards new rear tyres. Still have not received anything. Called up the owner Moses, who keeps stating someone called Thomas will sort it out. Bank details were asked to be provided over 3 times by Thomas, who I query may not even exist, but no payment was made. Since posting this review, almost two weeks since purchase, I finally received the £150.00 contribution towards the tyres and they have honoured their promise. I think the main issue with Adam Automotive is after sales service is very slow. Should this improve, I think they will be very good Motor Traders. Despite some negative experience, I quite liked the owner Moses, very polite and professional. The vehicle I purchased has been good so far. Happy days.
