Kindly agreed to let me come and view a car out-of-hours on a Sunday afternoon, at rather late notice. Friendly and offered me a cup of coffee. Wasn't pushy and didn't try to hard sell.

Unfortunately there was a bit of a mix-up with the details of the car as listed on Auto Trader so it wasn't quite as I was expecting. This seemed a genuine mistake. I didn't buy this time.
