Bought my Seat Leon FR here in May 2017.
I have never had a good car sales experience, with buying or viewing, always been disappointed or had bad experiences.
Choosing here was my first & only great experience, and it really couldn't have been any better.
The man who sold me my car was not pushy at all and I really liked that - he was really chilled out and was what I would call a fantastic salesman.
He gave me a great deal on my part exchange, the best I'd had, and, without me asking, got all of the alloys changed on the Seat before I picked it up and gave me a years free road tax, a few weeks free insurance, breakdown cover for a year and a new MOT & service before I'd picked it up.
Since having the car, I've had zero problems, unlike the previous cars I've bought - I would definitely recommend this garage, particularly the man who served me!

Came here for my MOT. I'm from Ipswich so to travel to Colchester is a tad unusual, but I'd heard mixed reviews of Robinsons in Ipswich. I can honestly say it was worth travelling the extra distance. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and by far gave the best customer service in comparison to any other garage I've been to in the past. I was also incredibly pleased with the fact that my car wash washed and vacuumed. Will be coming back here again.

Made an appointment to test drive a car. When I got there I was asked for my drivers license and debit card when I queried the debit card I was informed there was a 50.00 pound charge. I was astonished. No stars for this company what a rip off!

I own a Seat Leon and I find the sales staff very knowledgeable, Darren is the Motability man very helpful and pleasant man. The service and spares team are also on the ball, worth looking at a new or used car from them.

Very disappointing experience and won’t ever go there again.

My 10 month old car suffered a virtual Dashboard malfunction rendering the car undriveable.

Taken to Miller and Middletons via Seat Assist.

Millers Service department refused to accept car. Was made to like an inconvenience to then.

Even after Seat Assist advised they couldn’t refuse the car, they did and AA forced to recover car to Robinson’s in Ipswich.

Millers are a Disgrace to the Seat Network and damaging the brand and owner experience.

If I could give them zero stars I would. My partners Seat Ibiza lease is finishing soon(from Southampton dealership) and my partner was interested in seeing the Cupra Ateca and estate. He went in there on Friday and saw Darren, who recognised him from 3 years ago and proceeded to exclaim 'I know you, you girlfriend had a seat, her father is a tosser!' To which my partner turned around and walked out after this very rude and hurtful comment. There was no need for the comment ( which it seems it was over haggling a previous deal -where we went elsewhere for a Seat as it was a lot cheaper) This dealership is also very expensive. I would recommend avoiding at all costs!

Great staff, very helpful. Absolutely love my 3rd Seat Leon FR. Just about to get my 4th. Thanks David Keasley. Wouldn't buy from anybody else.

First time had service here as not owned a Seat previously. Easy Access from town. Well trained and friendly staff. All the usual Covid safety precautions. Service was efficiently carried out. No wash and valet due to Covid which is perfectly reasonable. Will be choosing them again at next service.
