An enjoyable experience (for a change) Mr Young was a friendly no pressure professional sales adviser. If you are looking for a new car and they sell it. Simple, go there!

This is one of the worse place to take your car to, the lady and the guy in there are so rude, asked a simple question about the car and she said that we cannot look at it. The cost will be 100 plus pounds.

When you go in there, the staff members look at you and don’t even approach to ask if you need any help, they just sit in front of their screen, pretending to work.

They look at you with a rude look on their face, as if to say why are you here, I don’t want to be disturbed.

Also, there’s a chunky guy in there who just looks at you and smiles like Chucky, but never approaches you to assist you.

None of them are helpful, so if you are thinking of taking your car there, please don’t waste your time driving to the site, staff members are not helpful at all.

Fault needed a bit of work to diagnose. Was kept informed. Reasonable price considering it took a few work hours. Very pleasant receptionist

The service I received yesterday was nothing short of amazing. Everyone went above and beyond, and nothing was too much trouble, I can’t recommend them highly enough.

On this particular occasion having used Lipsomb Canterbury in the past, Dan was exceptional and outstanding not only in dealing with the Jeep booked in but also solved the matter of an additional key for our motor home his service was above and beyond. Booked in our Jeep wrangler for the first Big service since we have owned it, The date was booked for within 2 weeks of my phone call, we dropped the Jeep off, It was cleaned and a full video was taken of the underside of the car, this was sent to us to show all is road worthy. the service was carried out within a few hours and the cost was as per their quotation. Very happy with the process from start to finish, All the staff were happy and polite, Would highly recommend them.
