I have always looked over the years at the cars they have for sale and they always has a large range
The service I received was top class and more than expected for the value of vehicle I purchased
Amanda and Tom were great and dealt very professionally but friendly with the entire transaction
Including giving me a fair deal on my trade in vehicle
When I collected my new car it had been sanitised and had the steering wheel, gear leaver and hand break covered
I really can’t praise the people who work for this place enough they were are joy to deal with and nothing was to much trouble for them
I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a car
And I will use them again in the future ..👍

Just bought my second car from AXLR8 and am very happy. Great service from Amanda, Tom and Andrew and the few small things that needed to be sorted on the car were done with a smile and no hassle. Will definitely go back and highly recommend.

bought a Luton van from here. the vehicle came with full service history and clearly been well looked after. the chap who runs it on the weekend was a knowledgable and good chap. a good place to buy a vehicle. not one of these dodgey car sale places.

I bought a used Fiat Doblo for the firm and was impressed.

Axlr8 are no nonsense dealers who are pleasant to deal with and straight.

Whenever I phoned, I could speak to Sheldon or Tom without problem, there was never a long wait nor a complicated list of options to choose from, just a clear answer from somebody who knew what they were talking about.

The spare tyre, jack and brace had been pinched from the van but these missing items had already been ordered and were promised to follow - they arrived as promised shortly afterwards.

The van itself was as described and has so far proven to be great runner with no hidden defects have coming to light in the 1000+ miles it has covered since we bought it.

I would certainly buy from Axlr8 again - they deserve to succeed.

Avoid like the plague!
Went to see an old runaround for £2k, with an MOT that had no advisories.
On the road test, the exhaust sounded like it was blowing. Questioned this with the bald salesman and was told it was because it was a stainless steel sports exhaust. I bought the car...

The next day, the exhaust fell off.

I contacted them and they agreed to repair it. However, now I don't trust them and have to book an MOT myself as I don't trust them

Terrible service and a bunch of liars.

Ridiculous and poor experience purchasing a car from AXLR8.

The electric window switch broke before we left the dealership. Then began a 2.5 month battle chasing them (as we had warranty) to fix it. Eventually it was fixed (along with a loose top mount), but fixed incorrectly. The right window now opens the left and vis-a-versa. When told they had not fixed it correctly, they said 'that's just the way it is' and that it would be too much hassle to fix again despite it being their fault.

We've contacted other dealerships who have actually laughed at how ridiculous this is.

This has now led to a complaints over phone and email which AXLR8 have ignored.

Avoid.
