I have purchased a nice car but I found the car is not suitable for me due to some issues. I have returned the car within 30 days warranty and under 1000 miles. I have received a full refund on the same day. Very good customer service.

The easiest car deal I’ve ever been a part of. Literally drove to Leicester, met Justin, loved the car. He was fantastic. Drove home, paid a deposit. Finance sorted and the car was delivered within 2 days. Absolutely spot on. Would definitely use them again without a doubt! Great show room as well. Had been looking for a ranger for quite some time and came across desirable cars, the choice and quality they had was the best i had seen, very helpful staff and made the sale from start to finish very smooth. We chose to visit and purchase a vehicle from Desirable Car in Coalville, due to their positive reviews. We had seen a vehicle from another dealer, less than 50miles from our location, but chose not to view their vehicle; due to bad reviews. Instead we chose to travel over 200 miles to Coalville and were very happy to have done so. We were attended to by Ed, who was very professional and attentive, with good customer service skills. He took time to show us the functions of our vehicle and informed us of the additional products that would be beneficial for us, then left us to decide, without any pressure. We also received a curtesy call from Ed on the next day to check that we got home oaky and to check how our vehicle did on the way home.
