Unplanned visit after warning light appeared, part way into a journey to the Cotswolds with young grandson. Helpful & friendly staff checked out the car and I was soon on my way with 'peace of mind'. Thank you to you all

My parents have bought and serviced their vehicles here for years and on a recent trip to visit them, I found myself in need of a service and MOT.
They were able to fit me in within a few days of my initial call and when I arrived, staff were very welcoming, offered tea or coffee, and even gave me some directions to places nearby.
Later in the day, I recieved a text and email with links to a short video of my vehicle, visually showing any issues and talking through things that have been checked. This was followed up by a phone call to ask if I wanted or needed any additional work. This system of authorisation of further works gave me time to look at and decide for myself what I might want, without the pressure of making an immediate decision over the phone.
I picked up my car later the same day to find, despite some mess, the car had been cleaned inside and out. This was a pleasant surprise and I am very grateful to find less crumbs kicking about and the seagulls business from the day before, gone!
All in all, excellent service from all staff, start to finish.

We have a work van in for a few issues, service etc but even though we have pointed out the issues many times they are taking so long(been over a month now), and when we phone up to check they say "we weren't aware of that" and we are " waiting on parts".... So overall, not going too well...

I was having trouble connecting my mobile via bluetooth to my car. They were extremely helpful and did this for me, great customer service!

Purchased a new car from here. Unfortunately the car has developed a fault. The team went above and beyond to ensure we had a temporary replacement at short notice whilst ours was in for diagnostics. Thankyou.

I have been a customer here for a few years now. Finally bought a brand new car from them last December. First service on it today and I can not fault the customer service I have received today and any time I need to go in or call. All the staff are so friendly and helpful.
