My husband and I both bought a car from MJC777 and received excellent customer service. Robert and Martin (owners/staff) were fab throughout the process, and very serious about ensuring both cars were safe and in perfect condition before they left the garage. Bought my Toyota Verso from Robert and Martin. Picked up the car on Thursday and is everything my family needs a we'll looked after car with service history. My let down is upon opening the boot no spare tyre but a puncture repair kit. It is now going to cost over £100 pounds for piece of mind in having a spare tyre. Yes the car comes with AA recovery but if a tyre fails ie shreds or blow out a puncture repair kit is not going to get me on my way in a swift manner.

I suspect the intentionally hid the quality of the keys from me as one does not work and one is barely functional. 300 pounds for new keys and not covered by warranty.

The warranty offered as well is very poor, the car needed its entire clutch system replaced within a month and the warranty does not cover all the work done, only half the labour and some of the parts, so out 500 pounds for clutch already and 300 extra for keys.

Pretty shoddy way to do business.

Bought my car from Rob who was amazing start to finish answered all the questions we had honestly and offered us to test drive the car we were looking at , as I work 9 - 5 all week picking the car up would of been difficult but they dropped it off at work for me to make it easier for me went through all the paperwork with me and made sure I understood what everything meant and had everything I needed definitely recommend

By far the most pleasant and easiest car buying experience I've ever had. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and great prices too! Would happily recommend :)
