We Buy Any Car Worcester

Extremely disappointed with the service from We Buy Any Car Worcester. My partner attempted to sell his car here and was quoted £1000 less than quoted online due to “scratches” on the paintwork which we are yet to see!!
The man we spoke to was extremely rude and offered no explanation other than “there’s scratches” to account for the £1000 deduction.
The quote was frankly insulting for the age and condition of the car even BEFORE the reduction.
No effort was made by the man to help us / apologise for the fact he had no answers.
In addition there’s is a £75 service charge on top!
Disgraceful.

Very nice experience. Easy transaction. The guy in the brunch was very nice to deal with. Explain all process etc.

Very reasonable price offered the young lady was very pleasant and knowledgeable. This place gets a lot of negative press saying how they know the price down but if you are honest in the first place then that wouldn't happen.......

Quick, efficient and no fuss. Went there to sell a car, and that's what happened. No complaints, would definitely use again.
