Auto World Norbury Car Sales

Just wanted to say. I was off to purley way to look for a car. I stopped on the off chance at auto world and i am so happy i did. I found a great little car. Low mileage excellent condition. David was so polite, not pushy at all. It was all so stress free. I actually part exchanged mine and drove home within 2 hours! All sorted.i would go back again. They were great.

I am pleased the way David handled everything. He is a thorough professional and gentleman. I booked a AA pre-inspection for the car, and he readily agreed. He also changed the wiper, as suggested by the inspector, even before I called him. I am happy with the car too, albeit it was little over my budget (David is not a negotiation-guy, I guess!). I purchased from Auto World in last July, and so far so good. Recommended.

Smooth, serious and great customer service! The Auto World Norbury team were really helpful and we were happy with the car they sold us which met all our needs and was a good price match for us. As first time car buyers, the team was very patient with our many questions, was always at the end of the phone and helped us with the various bits of paper work, including changing out warranty after we changed our minds about the level of cover. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I called autoworld and spoke to David, I felt looked after as a customer. David is upfront, kind and friendly. My whole experience was brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to contact David again in the future if I want to buy another car.

I am not sure why majority of the reviews are positive, but we had the worst experience plus wasted time.
I have booked a TEST DRIVE for a car via their website and called just to confirm they received it, the guy over the phone told me all good and confirmed.
Upon arriving (note the car shop is 40 mins drive for us) there was a person standing there saying nothing to us or welcoming!
The car we wanted to test was parked behind 3 more cars and was not ready for a test drive.
I said one comment to my husband that the car is quite big (Rav4) (we have X3) and just simply compared the size without no negative opinion.
Then we asked that guy who was just standing there if we could try the car as it was our purpose, then he said ''so do you want to buy it?'' We said ''we are not buying anything before trying'' (obviously).
Then he said there is no point for him to give us a try if we are not going to buy it! How ridiculous is that?!
Overall we did not get to test the car and the guy was extremely unhelpful and rude.
Maybe it just our unlucky day, but i would be surprised if this shop sells any cars at all!
