Penton Citroën Bournemouth East

I took my Peugeot there three times. First day full service, second day MOT and third day I asked them to check the noise comes from under the car. I already asked them to check this noise when you do the service but they didn’t. When I took last day for just to check this noise and the following day they said they did test drive and they couldn’t find any noise. I picked my car up and straight I heard the noise. I just can’t believe how the hell they saying they couldn’t find the noise. I paid more than £500 and the noise still there. They also said we can book you another day to look at this noise again and I will get charged £79. I said no bloody not. Why do I have to pay again. They said when they do full service they only do visual check not deep check. They just basically trying to say to me that I pay them £310 just for the full service which they just look at my car by visually. What a disappointment. I will never take my car there again and please stay away from this site.

The experiance with Penton at Christchurch was first class it was relaxed and proffessional, the sales person Sebastian made the whole process of buying the car a joy, i will definitely go back i highley recomend this company.

Having just bought a secondhand car from Penton, I can only give a good review. I had a couple of small issues, which were dealt with very quickly by the both the friendly reception staff and the mechanics that sorted out my car at short notice. Nothing but praise for good customer service so far.

My wife traded in her Peugeot 108 for a newer model at the Christchurch branch of Penton Motor Group. We were very happy from start to finish with the straight-forward and pleasant transaction. Although the car we were interested in was at another branch, some distance away, it was quickly brought over for us to inspect with no fuss at all. I have bought three cars from Penton’s Christchurch.
My latest experience was by far the best solely down to the sales agent - Seb Sanz-Toledo.
When it comes to cars I am incredibly indecisive and I know nothing at all about them. Seb gave me thorough initial advice and then kept in touch with me for almost 3 years sending me regular emails/texts without being at all pushy.
Eventually I bought a car and Seb showed me great kindness and understanding during the procedure and afterwards. I would say he is very helpful and professional as well as being a thoroughly nice person! A massive asset to Penton’s.

I've used Citroen Bournemouth for many years, I've never had an issue when purchasing a car.
When sorting my newest car I was working with Callum to decide what I wanted. He was very clear in the details, helpful when making decisions and I was kept in the loop when there were delays. Great service.

Callum Blaver was helpful and nothing was to much of a problem for him, when we travelled from Swindon last week to view a used Citroen SpaceSaver. Callum made all the arrangements that same day such as taxing the car and arranging a free 7 day Citroen drive away insurance , all of this enabled us to take the vehicle home that same day.
