Fantastic selection of cars, professional team and very nice owner.
I had a pleasure of meeting with the owner and I have to say he is a great and not going to rip you off.
I was here to buy a economic car and to move away from my Mercedes E350 to VW Golf, however after test driving few cars and good recommendations from Top Gear Motors, I decided to go for Lexus CT200H, Top Gear Motors helped me to make this careful decision by providing lots of help and allowing me to test drive few cars, they could have pushed me to buy a unnecessary expansive car, but they never did that, I’m thankful to them.
I also believe car prices are very fair and they are making small profit.
If you are here for part exchange, they will provide you with a best possible option to save money. They asked me to sale elsewhere and use the money towards the new car, this is what I did and saved bit of money.
Finally, I’m very happy with the service I have received, so far my new car is fantastic, Thanks Top Gear Motors and all the best.

I bought my first car in the UK from TGM so I had to rely heavily on their support and advice, and I wasn't disappointed. They gave me a great deal on my VW Golf, explained everything I needed to know in great detail (showing a lot of patience), proactively sought ways to provide extras (such as extend my warranty) and handled, and continue to handle every issue with great care and attention to detail. Highly recommended.

Would not recommend. Owner has 0 customer services skills and lacks understanding - not professional at all. He is very rude. Don't use them! They will sell you a car with missing pieces, run with your money, not tell you that pieces are missing, then not help at all when address it with them. They could not even provide a valid explanation or a solution to my issue. Save yourself and go somewhere else where they will be 100% honest when selling the car!

Never buy a car from them, since the first day I bought my “dream” car had a lot of problems. The car has been very detailed checked in my local garage, I called them with this and I was ignored, lied to, they said they could buy this car from me as a spare one! they left me alone with these issues, never responding to emails, calls etc. I am working as a Nurse in Intensive Care Unit so I have a lot stressful time there but I don’t remember when somebody treat me in this way, I'm not going to leave it like this and I have to do something about it

Jay was very patient and understanding when picking up my new car. The whole process of buying the car was plain and simple with no issues. So happy with the service - 10/10 :-)

Sometimes you only find out how good a company really is when something goes wrong and see how well they sort it out.
I bought my car here recently and unfortunately one of the keys was unavailable for reasons beyond their control. The team were very apologetic and helped sort out a replacement key and reimbursed me quickly and efficiently
