General Manager Andy was great and happy to assist. Sold my White Ford Fiesta just after Christmas, it took about 30 minutes and I got a fair price for it.

Easy, straightforward process - as long as you bring all correct documents and arrange transport home....they can buy on the day! Don't take online quote realistically as it's based on them not inspecting your car. Happy with final offer as i had all my paperwork, parcel shelf, spare key and spare wheel. Hassle free service if you can't be bothered with trying to sell privately 😀

Where do I start. Firstly like the chap below me I was brutally honest about the condition of the car. I got an initial value and then a value after I had put in the damage, chips etc.
When I got there met by a cold strange customer service person, Rachel T who also has left 5* reviews for the site here and a few other local branches.

Got to the valuation and she started on her own list to "save me money" which picked up less damage than I had logged. With this list she then offered me less than what was on her own tablet. She then did the whole let me speak to my manager rubbish which was still way off what the original price was.
Left after wasting my morning and listen to Rachel tell me I didn't understand how the website worked!! Very cold, patronising, strange experience. Time wasters who prey on desperate people.

The price they give you online is not the price you will receive even if you have been brutally honest about the condition of your car. The price offered will be around half the price you see online so bare this in mind. You will definitely get a better price doing a trade in on your new car ignor what the ads about bargaining power
