I bought a car from HNI motors in December 2016 for 6300£.
The appearance of garage and staff looked reliable and decent but they 6 months onwards, Car had to get new EGR installed which I paid 500£ and yesterday the gearbox stopped working so which costs 2500£ to be installed.
Very unreliable garage and they keep cars that are temporarily fixed . Highly unreliable .

Shocking! Purchased a vehicle and had issues immediately after purchase, warranty provided is useless. Due to the issues the warranty company wouldn't repair, I was then told by Imran (HNI motors) to take it to a garage in Selhurst, after two visits still had issues.

After this Imran would no longer answer or return my calls, I had to get the following replaced:

Purge valve, alternator, battery, gearbox, oil level sensor and thermostat.

I then had to make a claim against HNI motors through the small claims court, HNI motors did not respond so I then had to escalate to a CCJ. It was only then that they reimbursed me for the repairs.

Avoid at all costs.

Very good service we had a lovely fiat 500 bought to wear we live in high Wycombe beautiful car we would have bought the car but didn't have hill start assist my wife has mobility issues and can't use the handbrake. Imran was very understanding and took the car back to the dealer (2 hours each way) would not hesitate to use them again.
