Fisrt time i have take my car to this garage as i did an appointment by the app to do the MOT well i will give them 4 stars as they did the job what i did ask for and they did clean a bit the car so that was cool and we was happy.
Customer service well yes was good service and they say it was ready in 3hrs and it was and they do have a good catering good that well you can serve yourself good coffee bother way
The downside well I think my opinion i think it need a bit of decorating the place still looking to 80s good display of iteams of citroen but i think can make it more specious the area as you have the garage next to sell area don't get me wrong is ok but can be make better looking better welcome nothing wrong with a better improvement

Save yourself the headache. Collected my car with 1 years warranty included in the price, after 3 months of owning the car I found the ABS unit had been zip tied together by the garage. When asking them to fix the problem they told me to contact the warranty company to fix/pay for the ABS unit. (I hadn’t yet received my warranty paperwork after waiting 3 months for it) I asked him to send me the paperwork, they never did, when trying to contact the dealership I would get passed around or simply ignored, Glen then settled by taking a photo of then piece of paper with my details on (which were completely wrong) and emailing me the photo. The car was not fit for use and they were not interested in resolving the issue. To this day (6 months after buying the car) the paperwork still hasn’t arrived. A joke of a dealership and would avoid at all costs.

Vehicle sold to us had faulty boot and also poor bodywork (this wasn’t shown on advert), missing service book. Finance agreement was signed before we actually came to see the vehicle but Mark assured that there’s no problems with the vehicle. Clear misrepresentation, complaint logged with finance company as EMG does not acknowledge estimate from dealer who is local to us. Service history book meant to be posted, now I know there’s none although ad on autotrader stated there is part service history and vehicle was serviced in June 2022. No service has been done, breaking fluid needs urgent replacement, oil is old as well.
Vehicle priced not accordingly with existing issues and lack of service book. Please be careful as this company is certainly taking advantage of people.

Big thanks to the service team - Ken, Sandra and Jonathan! My car was at the garage far too long this year, through no fault of theirs, and they have been terrific. They took it on themselves to obtain a goodwill payment from the manufacturer towards repairs, loan me a car when there was a particularly long wait, and were great to deal with throughout. Prices at the garage are much better than the main dealer and they were really good again when I came back for MOT and Service.

Lovely staff - very helpful and efficient when dealing with my vehicle. However, I have never been provided with such an old dirty courtesy car - 10 years old, had to rev the hell out of it to move and awful to drive. It was disgusting inside. Had to spend a while wiping all the surfaces to feel able to use it - would have asked for a different vehicle but I was rushing to work. Vehicles should be cleaned between customers - even more important now we are in a global pandemic!

17/01/22 .....Took my wife's citron c4 for mot to them as I always do. Was told failed mot because the break peddle was missing the clip on rubber. Got quoted £11.75 for the rubber over the phone. When my wife went to pick the car , she was charged £58.00 for the clip on rubber which costs £7.00.
Total cost Mot + beak peddle rubber + back light bulb = £ 135.00.......
I called them hoping this was an honest mistake. Waiting callback.

Looked at a C1 the other day, really liked it, put down the deposit and arranged the collection in 3 days. Somehow, I had problem with my finance and can not take the car anymore. Spoke to Mark who is the sales manager there, unlike other sales mans, without asking many questions, he returned my deposit immediately. I would recommend this garage and will use them again.

Took My car here for its first service recently, I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, especially Ken. They even cleaned it for me inside and out. will definitely use them again.
