Very bad service offered here. The staffs keep apologising for everything cos they end up messing up your vehicle. What they are concerned about is selling a car to you and if yoh ever take ur car for servicing, its often messed up before it's returned to you and then giving you exorbitant bills to get it fixed.

I part exchanged my car for a newer used car at Ancaster Nissan Bromley and was really happy with the service I received from the staff there. Nathan was extremely helpful and professional and ensured I was kept up to date throughout the whole process from start to finish. When I had trouble completing the finance portal, Chris assisted me in getting this completed.
Overall, I would highly recommend Ancaster Nissan Bromley

I'm actually not Charlotte Quinlan but rather Colin Quinlan, and I'm from Boston MA, USA. I do happen to sell cars here at a Chrysler dodge jeep ram store, and I know how important surveys are. So I figured I'd try to help, and get some good survey karma going my way too. I tried to do the one from Nissan but when I put that I didn't know what kind of service I received the survey bounced me. Anyway, cheers. Ancaster Bromley was recommended to me 15 years ago to service an old Nissan Sunny. I have been going there ever since and gone on to buy 3 Nissan cars from them. Most recent a Nissan Qashqai which was serviced last week. The service went very smoothly as dropped the car off at 8.00 and got it back gleaming at 11.00. Lilly was excellent booking in and sorting out all my queries and concerns.

Really disappointing and unprofessional service.
I had called the place to rectify a Nissan recall on my recently acquired juke. During booking I was offered a free car health check. I was told this could be done when I get the car for recall remediation. When I took the car, recall was fixed but I was told that I'll need to book another appointment for health check. Not ideal but I agreed. I was given an appointment 3 weeks later. When I turned up, I was told that health check will now need to be paid for. I just walked out, annoyed at the unethical totally unprofessional attitude of the centre.

The individuals working were friendly though. The one star above is for them.

This would have been my local Nissan service centre but won't be going there again.

When you go into a dealership with the view to change your vehicle and feel like they are doing you a favour by speaking to you is the time you leave and find another dealer who wants the sale. Sorry to have bothered you on a Monday afternoon.

Nothing to complain about everything went smoothly as one expects from a Main Dealer, only sorry you are changing dealerships at Bromley.
