We bought our new vehicle from Mr Ikram Khan. He looked after us and made everything so easy. This is our 1st Mercedes and we are so happy. He made our dream come true. Kids love the vehicle and we will come back to Mr Khan when we need next vehicle.
Great Service with smile. Thank you.

Poor. My car was driven in front of me while waiting for a taxi to a dentist appointment as they had over run on the timing. I saw my car being test driven round the back on the garage to the main road and harshly driven into the dealership. I would never use this garage again. Awful service and not care in the world. The lady on reception was super helpful and kind the only positive thing about that dealership. I would avoid at all cost.!

Unprofessional and even a scam! Driving 4 hours to drop my car twice there to have my car fixed and paid houndres of pounds, but they even didn't look into properly only did some clean work. After that they told me is fine to drive home. On my way home, all the warning lights are up! What a joke. When I asked them what will they do for me car as I paid money to fix but all dissapered, no emails calls reply. The staff will ask to pay unnessessary money to replace other parts which is working fine, please don't listen to them. Avoid.this.dealer, dont't trust them.

First time trying Mercedes Benz Aylesbury, unfortunately their standards are far below what I would expect and have been receiving from other Mercedes branches.

I had a service done for my car and I had to ask to receive my vehicle check paper work, there was no video reviewing the checks on the car, and some work was done on the car that I was not told would be chargeable. I usually also get a complimentary wash and vacuum which I did not get here.

The reason I go to a Mercedes branch is because you expect a higher standard than a normal garage, sadly this wasn't the case. I would recommend you check out other Mercedes branches if you are after such service.

Just picked up my approved used GLC from Mercedes Aylesbury. A fantastic buying experience due to Mr Ikram Khan who was very attentive, professional and friendly. Very pleased with the car and overall service. Would highly recommend this dealership, excellent service.

I have booked my car I told them temperature goes up, coolant lights comes and car does smoke sometime engine Managment lights turn on,
They took 2 days to inspect and didn’t check why coolant level is going down I have spoke to Casey after moaning she called engineer and he said car injector has a problem clearly not sure which injector but I have to change injector first stage and then they will test to find out why coolant level is going down they charged me £99 for inspection which they haven’t fully done.
Engineer is not professional I regret I have wasted my money and I did complain about it stuff said relevant person will give me a call back now a week gone no one called,
I would not recommend Mecerdies Aylesbury get you inspection and work done from local garages it’s waste of time and money also.

If you are a consumer, looking to find value for your money and a seamless customer experience; you may find this helpful. A dream come true became a nightmare, after purchasing a car with the Mercedes Benz of Aylesbury. Within three months of purchasing the car, it had a fault which was quoted around half of my deposit and 10% of the car's value at the time. After a year the same problem occurred and the branch is expecting me to cover for the costs. Although a goodwill was offered on the first repair (rightly so!), it is shocking that they would expect a customer to pay for a repeat problem that they "fixed" in the first place. On top of that, there is not guarantee of this problem not re-occurring if they fixed it for the second time! A great representation for “used approved”. I am now left with no option but to go through an industry regulator since MB are not willing to be accountable. The overall experience has been daunting over the past year and would highly recommend customers to do their research on this branch before purchasing any cars. I am not one to write/read reviews, but after reading other customer concerns, I am not the only one who has had a lot of issues with this branch. If you look at the response from the owner, you can get a feel for the type of defensiveness you will have to go through should you have some trouble with the branch.

Around a couple of weeks ago I booked an appointment with Mercedes Benz Aylesbury to change my alloy wheels. I took the car to the garage and had them changed. I came back home and noticed that the tyre pressure was going down and the sensor is missing. So I contacted the recovery service and they came and realised that there is no puncture but instead a tyre pressure monitor is missing. He took the wheel to the Mercedes Benz aylebsury garage to repair it. The garage mechanic told him they need to order for a spare part which can take a couple of days. I was waiting for them to contact me but I got no callls, so I called them to check when it will be available. They said it will be available soon and asked me to book the car in. I booked it in for Friday ,23/12/22, as that was the day I would be working from home. Usually when I have an appointment with Benz they call me the previous day to remind me about my booking. As I had remembered, I took the car in on Friday for my repair and they said to me my booking was on the 22/12/23, Thursday, but I know for a fact that I would not book an appointment on a Thursday as I am working. After they checked with the mechanic they said they can fix it, so I was told to wait .This was the sort of job you would expect to take around half an hour. After almost an hour, I asked them how much longer it will take, I was told me it is in the workshop and will be ready soon. They told me something is wrong in the work shop so it will take longer but it was quite an unpleasant manner that it was said to me. They told me to come back later as it won’t be ready soon. So I was about to leave , then I saw somebody. I asked a lady why he is driving my car then she tells me it might be a test drive so there is a possibility I can take my car. Just in 10 mins that man comes back and tells me it was ready. It was all so disorganised and I was being given wrong information which lead me to waste so much of my time. If I had not asked her I don’t think I would have been informed my car was ready and I would have just paid a taxi to go home and come back later all for nothing. I was very disappointed and in all honesty felt neglected as a customer there. I would not recommend Aylesbury Mercedes Benz garage to anybody at all. I was looking at the parts they fixed all to discover the paint chipped on the back passenger door. The lady at reception took a picture and said she will inform the service manager and call me on Wednesday. I have not received any calls yet. I will not recommend this Mercedes Benz garage to anybody.
