Very happy with my new Skoda Citigo collected yesterday from Hughes Skoda. Excellent customer service from Dan who was very accommodating and explained everything clearly throughout the whole process. He was also very friendly. It was a real pleasure dealing with him and the Skoda sales team. The "unwrapping" (including ribbon) on the new car was also a nice touch, which helps the customer feel even more valued. Highly recommend both Dan and the Dealership as a whole.

Roger was very helpful and knowledgeable when I booked my car in for work required on the brakes.
It was done in two hours and gave me a call to say it was ready.
Also car cleaned inside and out. Good customer service.

Brought a car from here last October and today took it to my local dealership for a full service and MOT.
The car itself is an 18plate OCTAVIA an I can't fault it lovely car, However when I brought the car I was told that I had 2 free services or a 2 year service plan included.
I called up last month to make sure I had the plan and if I could take it to a local dealership in Kent as we traveled miles to buy the car and was informed that was fine.
Today we have been in dealership and apparently they have no record off the service plan.
Now I've been on the phone 3 times so far to this branch and each time have been told they will look into it.
I'm now on my way to pick the car up as no one has contacted me and have the pleasure of a £369 bill.
To say I'm annoyed is an understatement, very poor customer service needless to say I will not be recommending them and will be seeking advice as to what to do from here.

Compared to the poor experience with Skoda Watford, I found this Aylesbury branch to be pretty decent. I enjoyed the test drive but the salesman was not fully 'clued up' on the car spec and he couldn't answer some of the questions I already knew the answers to such as 'Does this car come with Apple Car Play?' - He told me it didn't when I know it did. He also understated the boot size by about 100L. Other than this nitpicking I found the salesman and the manager to be really friendly, down to earth and keen to sell me a car but without any added pressure. Because of this I have put in an order with Skoda albeit via a leasing broker.

Awful awful place head of business is nasty and disliked by near enough everybody staff and customers!
Service manager and his assistant is a joke neither know anything about Skoda.

The site is a Mercedes site Skoda is a useless unwanted box in the corner described as a shambles by the owner of Bristol Street motors him self.

Absolute rubbish. Picked up my brand-new car from them to find it had been dented and scratched. They tried to repair it without telling me. Still not sorted out. Shocking service from the Sales team especially John. Needless to say, I would not recommend them.

Just to add to this. The car was meant to be fully repaired last week by an approved Skoda bodyshop. When collecting the car, it was obvious that a professional repair hadn't been completed as the bodywork was still dented. Also, when collecting the car, it was dumped in the car park without being cleaned, and there is now a lovely stain on the drivers seat. Waiting to hear back from James the dealership manager but so far, nothing. All in all, a terrible experience from a terrible dealership.

I bought a skoda octavia from here a couple of weeks ago and am more than happy with the car and the buying experience from the dealership. A special thanks to Denisa who I dealt with from initial enquiry through to handover, she was friendly and efficient. Happy to recommend.

I've always had a positive experience here. Professional people who explain things clearly and communicate without waffle. They offer a premium service and having used them for over a decade I can give them a robust thumbs up!
