Awful customer service! I was led into believing a vehicle I was interested in had been reserved for me to test drive without needing any form of deposit (by their salesman Alex). One day before the test drive I was sent an email letting me know it had been sold. No communication, no request for a deposit, no customer care; they just want the money that's there in front of them! Don't trust them, take your money elsewhere.

We purchased a pre registered Ford Transit Connect from Keith at Perrys.
From start to finish the whole process with selecting a vehicle to suit my wifes business needs to sourcing the finance was smooth and relatively easy. Coming from a Fiat (fix it again Tony) Doblo that was constantly breaking down and causing problems for our business we cannot be more happier with the vehicle we have purchased. We even drove from our home town in Bedford to Aylesbury as our local dealer never followed up on our initial enquires or appeared to stock the van we required.

I am so disappointed with the service provided by Perrys Aylesbury as I recently purchase used Ford Transit only to find that the vehicle has not been clean or valet before collecting and that behind the drivers seat there was a sandwich which was dated over two years old I have video evidence and pictures and within a mouth it had to have new disc & brake front and back. And there was also a slow puncture on passenger rear and to top this whole scenario the was no brake fluid even thou I was advice that it had gone through a full service. I have documentary evidence from Kwick Fit and Trustfords as I had no other option but to take my vehicle to independent company / garage. I have never experience such a bad service in my life and will never be buying or recommending Perrys Ford Aylesbury to Friends or Family as my van is still not driving to Satisfactory Standard if I had the choice I would like my money back.

Staff are always friendly and efficient. We are on our second van purchased from Perrys so we must be happy customers.

I bought a car in November 2019, and this came without the user manual, MOT & servicing booklets I realised this the day after and went back and told the manager about it, he said he would look into it and if not found they would send me new ones. Fast forward beginning of March 2020 I still hadn't heard or received anything through the post so I went to Perrys and spoke to Sunny who sold me the car and again I got promised to be send through the post new ones, but after months of waiting nothing AGAIN. Called Perrys in August, as due to COVID I couldn't go to the commercial centre in person, this time I spoke to a different manager who again promised to send new ones but here we are nearly a year since I bought the car and still haven't got the booklets which are legally required to be provided upon purchase. I am extremely disappointed as this was my first time buying a car from Perrys and I will most definitely not be buying again from them nor will I be recommending it.

Perry's are very professional and friendly . I trusted them with purchuasing my new van . Van is fantastic and I can recommend them100% All the best guys from Toptilerlondon 👍
