Having been in the motor trade for over 25 years I was ready for the usual hard sell. I could not have been more wrong. How refreshing it was to have been served by and not sold to by a member of the team. Josh was nothing short of spectacular. Professional and courteous. His product knowledge was outstanding and although I did not purchase on that day, thanks to the non hard sell that I experienced with Josh, I will be back. A credit to the company.

Went to get advice about getting a new car, Josh was willing to go above my expectations and was more than willing to cater for my needs. He explained everything to me, and went through all the service plans and answered all my questions.

Would definitely recommend Josh if you’re going into Vauxhall!!

I recently looked at purchasing a car and was helped by Lauren Dean who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, understood what I was looking for and was polite and friendly. Nothing was to much trouble and I never felt pressured to make an immediate decision or rushed. I would highly recommend her.

I’m absolutely delighted with the service I received at this fine establishment. A lovely young man named Mitch (who will clearly do well in this industry) a thriving sales advisor, had all the important answers and gave a great service alongside a great team - all with a smile! Will be using these guys again.

Unbelievably shoddy experience,
their own MOT advised Brakes need “immediate attention 90% worn”, booked in to the same Robin & Day Crawley about eight weeks later, they had the vehicle for the whole day on picking it up later I was told “there’s plenty of meat left on the pads”?… they look like they didn’t even take the wheels off as the locking nut hadn’t moved, on trying to call the garage a few days later No answer so the call is then answered by their call centre after explaining the issue and my concern they put me through to the garage the call is again Not not answered so bounces back to the call centre Again, they do not answer their service line.
I called the complaints line and explained this issue two days later with no response I rang the complaints centre again the operator told me “he couldn’t get any reply from the garage” this is Vauxhalls complaints centre who can’t get a reply from their own colleagues at a dealership after two days???, he said he would get the Garage to call me but they never have and I suspect never will.., it gets worse I called the complaint centre again he still had no answer so transferred my call then to the garage, so I just get a receptionist who cannot answer my question of why the brakes weren't attended to she just said maybe they’re measuring equipment was faulty, but I explained even looking at the parts through the wheel you can see there’s no friction material left, plus why has no one bothered to contact me, she couldn’t answer and advised that she would get her sales manager? To call me and of course nobody calls!!!! So I waste of time plus I had use of a courtesy vehicle which I understand the staff also use to get around this is given to customers with absolutely no fuel in put £12 worth of fuel in so I could use it so this is a nice perk for their staff to use and return to customers completely empty again. All this could’ve been avoided if I could’ve got an answer on the service line with what happened that day.

Would not recommend buying a used car from here, problems from day 1 and had to send the car back with major oil spitting from the top of engine. Then since then it has had issues from clutch and gearbox which it was sent in to be inspected. They were too interested in trying to fob me off and charge £600 just to be able to open it up and inspect it. I took it to 3 other garages which diagnosed and fixed the problem by driving the car and listening to sounds.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

No help from Vauxhall with expenses under warranty and they don’t reply to emails

Avoid buying a used car from here. The after sales is shocking. Don't fall for the " we would usually just put this through an auction because of its age, but this one was to good to!" Rubbish.
The car has had a number of faults. The warranty may as well be non existent. The head gasket being one of them..
Please go elsewhere. Don't risk buying from here
.. wait for the response, thank you we will use this to help us improve!. Hasn't worked in the past, looking at the reviews.

Pretty poor experience. Approached yesterday to look at an exchange as was with them already. No interest in serving the customer. Overheard their conversation about pushing sales and yet didn't want to sell me anything! Just looked at me. Even his colleague asked him to serve me and he said no! No-one picked up the phone either. Blunt and no emotion. Felt like I was bothering them! Avoid.
