Carz express ltd

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Carz Express. I purchased a vehicle from them and soon discovered that it needed over £1,915 in repairs. It turns out that the dealership had failed to properly check the vehicle before selling it to me, which contradicts the contract I had signed. When I brought this issue to their attention, the only solution they offered was for me to return the vehicle with a 10% "admin fee." This is completely unacceptable, as the dealer should be held responsible for the cost of the repairs due to their failure to properly inspect the vehicle. Additionally, the warranty provided by the dealership is essentially worthless, as they have a tendency to reject any repairs made under it. I would strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from Carz Express to think twice before doing so.

EDIT: Please do not be fooled, the owner responded to this review to seem like he is investigating the matter however after emailing there has been no response. Awful service.
