Please give these a guys a visit a refreshing change to being pushed into a sale of a car. From contacting them at the start of our search for our next car, they were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was an issue. In addition to what I have said above, they are highly flexible when needing to pick a car up, we had an issue when buying our car and was going to arrive late, we was reassured everything is ok and they would wait for us to arrive.

We have three young children and instead of wanting to talk solely about the car, they were at ease of having them around, you will gain a feeling this is a place that values families and your requirements. At no point was my wife and I rushed, pushed or felt pressured with our transaction.

We had a warranty with our car that came as standard with purchasing from Windrush. Furthermore, we had an option to extend our warranty of which we decided to take advantage of.

The car was very clean and exactly what we needed as a family, any fault found with in reason was rectified.

As you will gather from my review we are highly satisfied with our car, please give these guy's a chance you would be foolish not to, and no I'm not connected with Windrush in any way, only through our transaction. However, I feel too many individuals can be quick to complain and never say something complimentary when justified!

Just bought a BMW recently from Windrush and was very happy with my experience. Scott and his father were both very easy going, helpful and gave a very reasonable price. It is a small father-son business so the service was very personal and they were happy to go the extra mile to accommodate my needs and schedule. Would definitely recommend.

I purchased an 06 VW Eos from Scott. The sale process was very easy and Scott is a great sales person. Relaxed and none pushy at all. I had an issue with the car which Scott dealt perfectly. My car had to be returned to VW 3 times for them to be able to fix the problem. Scott put VW's customer service to shame. Windrush Vehicle Solutions have provided excellent service. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another car from Scott and have already told several friends about the company. This is a good honest firm. Keep up the great work.

Absolutely brilliant experience!
Such a lovely, friendly business run by a Father and his Son. I had to travel from Leicester up to Chesterfield (where they are located) but this journey was well worth the service. So happy with my 2011 Vauxhall Astra!
They were also very honest with the price and faults of car, even very little.
They were very accommodating for me and my family, the Son stayed behind after hours so that I could test drive the car and even said that we could come at midnight if we needed to, to pick up the car.

Well worth the travel and have brilliant offers with WarrentyWise I got an extra 6 months for just £80!
They also provided me with a full tank of petrol to get me back home.

Drove 2 miles down the road, vehicle stopped working, turbo charger had given out. Returned vehicle for full refund (thankgod) Read the reviews, and go to a trusted car dealership, this was nearly a year ago, and the reviews are only looking worse.

Do not buy from this car dealership.

I bought a Ford fiesta St from these guys and its had engine issues from day 1!

Engine warning light came on on the drive home and I've given them 3 attempts to fix the fault and all of them have failed.

They are now ignoring my emails after I've asked for a refund and it looks like I'm going to have to take them to court!

DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM.

Purchased a Seat Ibiza in December from Windrush Vehicle Solutions and it’s absolutely perfect! 🤩

Scott is changing the reputation of car dealers; down to earth and no bs. He accommodated my every request, and had an answer for every question. Before I picked the car up he washed, waxed and polished it.

Would 100% recommend them to anyone and I’ll be sure to go back myself if anything catches my eye.

Absolutely disgusted in windrush vehicle solutions bought ford ka £2900 broke down 4 times rac had to recover it twice. In garage 4 times. Cost £800 to keep on road. Been to court under consumer act 2015 now.
Plz beware he is dojjy wont take responsibility for what he sells. Look closely at reviews 3 out of 5 have had problems.
Still disgusted took him to court £200 for 20 minutes. He said nothing he doesnt feel quilt for what he sells and knows its dojjy!! He still avoided responsibility. Had to sell car for parts. There was too much to put right. I took a loss off £3000 plus. BEWARE!!
