Drove an hour to see an Audi A1 at JH Motors, after finding a cpl of things wrong with car and asking for a test drive, I was told I couldn't take it out unless I told him I wanted the car? What sort of dealer says this..unbelievable behaviour, his reply to my question how can I say I want it without driving it, it may drive like a bucket of sxxt, was..."it drives like new", to which my reply was, I bet all your cars drive like new, he said yes, lol..after just telling me the other Audi there just had a load of work done on the gearbox..shoddy and overpriced..swerve this dealer!

Bought a car from Jon 2 months ago, and really happy with the purchase. Smooth transaction, detailed, friendly and not pushy like some dealers we have met.

Can't fault the service. Just taken back to him to check the handbrake, and he sorted it on the spot, plus changed a battery for one of the key fobs. I had only called him earlier this morning enquiring.

That, to me, shows a worthy dealer who cares about customers and not just making money on his sales

Great service from Jon who was very understanding and flexible to our requirements. Also provided great transparency with the car and went at great lengths to highlight any scratches or marks so we wouldn’t be unaware. Excellent value for money also and would highly recommend to anyone!
