Bought my second car here a few days ago, couldn't fault them! Absolutely brilliant customer service from Tamas, he was even nice enough to arrange pickup and drop off for me to come for a test drive, with me not knowing the area. Very friendly and professional! Thank you again!

After a terrible experience at a different Seat dealer we went to Snows Seat Salisbury. We bought a used Seat Arona for our son from Ash and we had the most brilliant experience from him. Found a perfect vehicle on the website but could not seem to reserve it online . Went through the finance process and as far as discussing collection. All good so far. Service from sales excellent.
Got a call from some one else saying that the vehicle had been sold over the b/h at another branch and they would try to source another vehicle. Not the branches fault.
Just very bad luck, apart from that service very good.

I always take my car to Seat. I’m so happy with them. Especially Michelle, was so helpful and polite. She took her time to make sure everything was in order with my future appointment.
I wish every customer service was such a lovely experience as the one I received from her. Thank you for your kindness, really, really appreciate it.

Excellent customer service from Ashley when we went to look at a 22reg SEAT Arona at Snows Salisbury. Very knowledgeable about the car and able to answer all our questions. The purchase and pick up all went smoothly and we are very pleased we our new car.
