I was having issues with a car I bought elsewhere from day 1 and after 2 weeks I brought the car for a second opinion to Lancshire autos where I was met with the most polite and helpful staff member! Damyn literally went above and beyond to help me with the problems and ensured I knew exactly where the issues were and what issues they could potentially cause down the line. He explained this in a manner of minutes in language suitable for someone who knows little about motors. I will definitely return!

The dealer made a mistake with my service booking but the speed in effecting a solution was very impressive and above and beyond. Mistakes will happen, but the true measure of an organisation is how they respond. In this case I cannot fault their response and the attentive service from the service manager. Fully recommend. Very satisfied indeed.

So easy to deal with. One call for a car we wanted to test drive, they had it ready for us on arrival... No pressure salesmen or hard sales. Just knowledgeable and polite staff selling cars. We came back for a second test drive and took the car away that day with a fair part exchange price. So easy. They took care of all the paperwork seamlessly.
