Awful. Quoted one price for months. When we eventually made an appointment and went to sell the car they quoted more than £1000 less as it had previously had a personal number plate on it !!!??? I would give NO stars if I could.Went to WEBUYYOURMOTORCAR.COM where we got 1st class service and they come to collect your car & credit your bank account straightaway and NO FEE.

Really fast service, kept us in the know about everything a d was clear about what to expect - overall very pleased with everything

This is the second car I have sold and the salesman was polite and explained all he required to make a decision on the amount he was willing to give me
I checked the possible amount before I arrived and he actually offered me less but I decided to accept it as the vehicle has sat on the drive for the past six months and would only depreciate further

Website was really easy to use and navigate. Booked an appointment in minutes, the " We buy any car " location was convenient as it is less than 10 minutes away. The Watford team were really friendly, polite and professional. They dealt with everything, I was very happy with the price I was offered. I would definitely recommend their services.

Absolutely appalling customer service, there are much better alternatives out there for selling your car including ones which will come to your doorstep to collect - and they will offer you better money than these guys. I went to this Watford Asda branch recently and the guy there was very rude, discourteous and kept me waiting for no reason. He was busy on the phone at first with his feet up on the table and then preferred to prioritise a female customer over me, even when I was there before that other customer. Avoid...!
