We have just had an excellent experience from start to finish with buying a new Formentor from Cupra, Hatfield. Andrew, the sales person, listened to all our concerns and dealt with them in a highly professional manner. Absolutely no pressure sales made us feel confident that we had made the right choice when wanting to upgrade our previous car, which was part exchanged at a fair price.
We can highly recommend a visit to this showroom if you are thinking of buying a Seat or Cupra. What could have been a stressful experience was smooth and caring.

Shocking. Walked in as a cash buyer (which I obviously did not announce) having already done the research on a car I wanted to buy - sat down for half hour, ignored but all sales staff. Finally told by receptionist all were busy and to leave and make an appointment. Will buy elsewhere.
