"CAVEAT EMPTOR" Bought a used Honda Jazz and covered less than 1700 miles and the Gear Box and Clutch have packed up. Lawtons have said nothing to do with them and arnt intrested in the Sales Of Goods Act. Their attitude is shoddy, they have declined to investigate and have offered 1500 less as a part exchange. The law states within 30 days you can return a car. 30 days to 6 months and the law states dealer should offer a full repair, full refund less usage. We now will go through the courts to recover our monies. So be aware if you buy a car from Lawtons in Fleetwood do so at your own risk.

Not very helpfull.

Hate isn't the right word really, was told to pop in to see a car. I did but it was out with guy I'd spoken to being test driven. Was asked to wait. After a while was told it had been sold. An hour of my time wasted and will probably get reply saying I should have rung first but got impression test drive had been booked beforehand? "I may be wrong, but past dealings support this.
