Chris is one of the best car salesmen I've ever come across. He welcomed us even before we entered the building and showed us all the options available and spoke to his manager to help sort out a plan which worked for us. Service was completed in good time. However the clean of my car wasn't up to the quality that I should of had.
Considering I pay a monthly fee for my service it was a very rushed job.

Arranged to test drive a used Mini at 2pm for 27/12/22 this was confirmed to me in a text message which also said to let them know if I couldn't make it for any reason! I also received a telephone call from the actual salesgirl confirming that she would be the one dealing with me on the day and she explained that I was the only booking on that day and I could reserve it if I wanted to. I explained that I would be driving a long way to the dealership and PLEASE let me know if you sell the car beforehand to save my long journey. On the day we drove 80miles to Kings Lynn and arrived at the showroom bang on time, we were kept waiting for 40 minuets before someone bothered to come over to ask if we needed any help. I said that I was here to test drive the Mini and had an appointment at 2pm. Oh sorry I think its just been sold she said!!!! - let me check.......she asked another sales person who confirmed the car had been sold an hour earlier!!! There was nothing more I could do than drive 80 miles back home again. I am really annoyed Thurlow Nunn Kings Lynn didn't have the common courtesy to ring me up and tell me they had sold the car which would have saved my wasted time and petrol. Whats the point of making an appointment for a test drive at a specific time if they will totally ignore it and sell to someone else who just walks in off the street!
