Was offered a good price by them online, giving the correct milage, number of owners, etc.
When I turned up and the car had been checked, the guy told me he had entered "Grade 3" condition (i.e. the best condition) yet offered me 60% of what I had been quoted online. I asked why given the condition was excellent and he said that was what the computer was telling him and the online quote was just an estimate.
I kept my car.
Only go to them if you need cash fast, but you will get ripped off.

Sold them my car last week. It was easy enough to find them. I did get there early, and the manager did fit me in earlier due to a cancellation. It took about 10-15 minutes in all. They do warn you that the online quote is given for cars in a pristine condition. I had a firm price within 5 minutes, and to be fair wasn’t at all bad. It was much more than any of the other sites had offered, and much better than part exchange. As long as you have the relevant documents with you you complete there and then. They do call you the day before to confirm, and advise what you need to bring. Obviously the sale is conducted outside due to social distancing.
