My car was collected promptly and they called to say was completed abs what time would be returning. Another 12 months of free comprehensive RAC! I think that’s really good. Only downside it would of been nice if the car had been cleaned inside……

All good - lovely and efficient lady on the desk - but they did not change the brake fluid after changing the brake pads on our Adam. No excuse other than it just wasn’t done. Now need to rebook again. Half price at £20 but really it should have been given gratis due to the inconvenience.

Initially I had taken my car for a service at another garage, who found that, in a previous service the bung in the sump had been cross threaded, and told me the sump needed replacing, but they were unable to find a replacement, and told me to go to a Vauxhall dealer to get the work done. Thurlow Nunn is my local dealer, so I called them and booked the car in for the work to be done. There was about 2 weeks to wait for the work to be done, as the part needed to be ordered. They did telephone me a couple of days prior to the car going in to let me know where they were with the part and said to telephone them before taking the car in, to make sure the part was in. On the day, I took the car in, they promised to try and get the car done by 1pm. They did good on their promise and called me when the car was ready to pick up. The service from the garage was friendly and I am happy with the work done. Thank you.

More than happy the car was picked up and delivered back after the service and mot was carried out.only thing was that the car was not valated to much of a standard.
