It’s nice to give a good review when things go well, In this review things didn’t go according to expectations regarding the vehicle, however Simon’s professional approach and best intentions for customer service demand I give a good review.
The hoped for delivery date was initially delayed due to vehicle technical issues but I was kept fully informed and the moment the vehicle was ready Simon went out of his way to make the delivery. Regrettably issues arose soon afterwards and despite Simon’s willingness to try and resolve issues in a way that best suited me I requested the vehicle be returned. There was absolutely no quibble with this and I thank him for his understanding.
I firmly believe the vehicle issues were simply just one of those things that rarely happen and do not reflect in a detrimental way upon Simon or the mechanic he uses. I would quite happily have purchased a different vehicle had there been one that met my needs.

I purchased a first car for my son from Simon. Kimber Cars is the epitome of why buying used from main dealers and ‘car lot’ traders is a waste of time. Simply put, Simon knows good cars. The car was as good as a 6yr old vehicle could be - not “immaculate” as so many are described but in fantastic condition and - and this is most traders are a let down - properly prepared for sale. Cannot recommend highly enough. You don’t sell cars for as long as Simon has with your name above the door unless you have integrity and good stock. He has both.

Well presented cars, and a nice high class feel about dealing with Simon. All his cars are of high quality and great examples of the model.
I had been looking for a replacement Subaru Forester (my old one was getting a bit tired!) and after sifting through many many , I found the one Simon had in stock, it was by far the nicest example. The walkaround video, and high quality photos showed the best out of the car but also highlighted a couple of minor defects (which led to an honest feeling about the presentation of the car). Dealing with Simon was pleasant, friendly and free of any buying pressure. He was very accommodating with questions and arranging for the car to be transported to me as I lived many miles away!

I am delighted with my BMW that I recently purchased from Simon. From the very first enquiry, he has been superb to deal with, allowing time to view and test drive the car without any feeling of pressure. The part exchange was excellent and Simon provided a great price that enabled me to buy the car I really wanted. Sometimes buying a used car can be an anxious process, but I can honestly say that Simon has been the most professional and fair person I have ever dealt with.
