Very pleased with my second hand car.

Purchased car from them Told would be fully serviced when got home one bold tyre wash wipe did not work.
Took back they put cheapest tyre on, and not even a run flat.
Took to BMW To be fixed ended up paying £1000 to get it all sorted out> DO NOT TRUST THIS FIRM

Terrible customer service, lied about missing part and have been waiting nearly 2 years. Proper cowboys, steer clear. Manager is spineless & won't ring me either.

Good selection of cars at ideal prices, salesman seems slightly uninterested but is helpful.

Have been a customer of this garage for 17 years. I have bought 3 cars from them and had them all serviced here. The place is first class and I would highly recommend it to anybody. The workmanship on servicing my my has been second to none. The staff are also really friendly.

I found a part-exchange car on Auto-trader which was based at SMC Garage Group. During the phone discussion to organise a test drive Steve was very helpful.

On arrival the sales staff were all very welcoming and presented a professional manner. Steve offered us a coffee and answered all my questions in as much detail as possible. The car was on the forecourt set up for me to view and take for a spin.

Purchasing. Clear paperwork and explanation as to what each document was that I needed to sign and how to proceed with payment.

On collection (a couple days later). The car was spotless, had a full service and MOT completed, and a full tank of fuel. Steve really went the extra mile to ensure it was in a ‘like new’ condition. I was given all my documents in a folder for safe keeping, Steve explained each document so I understood it’s relevance.

Overall great experience and I will recommend to friends and family in future to check out the forecourt are SMC for their future car purchases.
