Got an online valuation to sell my car. Happy with the price offered I made an appointment to sell expecting the final offer to be lower. I was pleasantly surprised to be offered the same price as the online valuation. I met Stuart Green who assessed the car and made the final offer. The paperwork was completed very quickly and I left as a very happy customer. There were also no transaction fees so the price offered is the amount in the bank.

I booked my car in for a service and MOT last week and found the whole process very easy and straightforward. Due to other commitments I needed to get in earlier than the time I booked for, Ellis made this possible and accommodated this. After the service and MOT was complete, Ellis explained clearly about the MOT advisories that would be needed on my car and advised a time frame for these to be done which was really helpful. Overall I was extremely happy with the customer service I received.

Sold a car to Arnold Clark. Very simple process, courtesy and coffee and they didn't try to knock the price down for any reason. Also, the price we got was commensurate with prices on Auto trader or eBay.

But from the moment I walked in, every single member of stafff I spoke with treated me with the very best care and attention, A massive thank you to everyone who spoke to me and helped me with getting my new car

I viewed a 2014 corsa online and put the £99 deposit down after speaking to somebody over the phone, received the video which was good and detailed but noticed that the engine warning light was on. When I phoned and asked why the engine warning light was on I was told it will go off by itself! I said i wanted the car to go in for service before I collect. I test drove the car, seemed okay to drive. That day I took the car home and the engine warning light was back on. This showed they had reset the car and not serviced it. I informed Arnold clark and they said to bring the car back up to stafford and they would fix the problem the same day for me. After 2 hours waiting they told me they couldn’t find a problem and I will have to come back again, in the week before going back again, the oil light came on, the temperature light, abs light, i had it independently checked there was a misfire on cylinder 3. I took the car back in to have it checked to be told the next day it needs a new engine and coolant bottle. When I asked for my £2000 deposit back they were awkward about it, weren’t answering phone calls or emails, neither Luke or Matt were helpful, when I asked why I hadn’t had my refund they said they put the wrong account number in, this was typical, very unprofessional place I am disappointed and would not recommend to anybody, 2 weeks later after many phone calls chasing it up I have finally got my refund! Disappointed that this was my experience with my first car, but lesson learnt never buy/finance a car with Arnold clark! Especially in Stafford Complete waste of time

Just came back from selling my car to Arnold Clark what a great experience Stuart Green was very professional and it was a pleasure to deal with him from start to finish. i would definitely recommend them to sell your car all staff were very polite and friendly.

Got to say sales team are amazing however after buying the car first issue engine lights came on.
This was sorted.
Then breaks started to make a noise.
Bring it in salesman said breaks probably need shaving.
1 hrs later you need new shoes and drums we don't have parts come back next week.
Booked in almost full day with no car.

Got car back breaks still horrendous noise.
Can we have a look no problems booked in week later I tried to call service 3 times before it was going back they will call you back nope no call back.

Car got in today at 11.30
It's 15.30 now and still not done no courtesy car so had to hang around nice 40 mins walk to town and back.

It seems once you have bought the car the service side let's you down massively I have lost around £500.00 of work as a self employed driving instructor.

The cars are apparently serviced and ready to leave straight away I do beg to differ.
