We travelled over 130miles to go look at an automatic focus this conman had for sale, we rang before leaving to check that the car was still available, he told me it was and that it would be held for me!!! I travelled 110miles with two children one being a young baby for this excuse of a human being to ring me And tell me he had sold the two automatics he had in the last 5 mins lol 1st lie, as let’s face it he didn’t have the cars in the first place!!! then had the cheek to say to me I don’t know what you expected me to do!!! I don’t even believe the seller had the cars available now after reading other review!!!! STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS BUISNESS THE OWNER HE LIES ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!! Save your money and spend it at a more honest garage as this man is the true definition of a liar!!! He also told me Daves dad died yesterday morning yet again another lie!!! Disgusting human being!!!

***DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE COWBOYS**** absolute disgrace how they can even call them self a car sales is beyond me. Customer service level is atrocious, cars are fit for the scrap yard. Now out of pocket thousands because of these, engine seized up 8 days after sale, to the be ignored and dealt with 2 weeks after first complaint. Car gets fixed for it to then come back to me and break down again. They now have the car back and are failing to refund me, I have to pay taxi to take my son to school everyday. Absolutely horrendous. I will be taking these to court. Trading standards are involved and hopefully get that place shut down.

Having read the above reviews, I approached this sceptically. Having arrived from Hull to view the car, I was met with some strange act by a man pretending to be the accountant who claimed to be a different person to whom I spoke to the previous day, when it clearly was the same person. He claimed that because he was just the accountant he couldn’t really help me and it was pointless explaining which car I was here to see, but still let slip and asked me how much I was looking to spend whilst rabbting on with an elaborate story about how many cars they’ve sold and that they’ve just sold a car which sounded very similar to one I was looking at...not sure what their game is, but I can only assume they don’t have the cars advertised and want to get people in. All very strange and it took me a matter of minutes to decided against trusting these people and left (with cash in my pocket) to look elsewhere. Their loss for a very strange facade.

About as unprofessional as you can get, told me they were closed on the sunday when I wanted to view a car, I went in monday morning (drove 17 miles) to be told that the owner had gone in on the day they were supposedly 'closed' just to sell it to someone else, wasted my morning, petrol and time, not even a call or text to tell me. Same old story as the other reviews by the looks of it. Why do some people have to be ass holes.

Don't ignore the other reviews. I am local to Liverpool, and I found Ford that I thought was perfect. Called up. Yeah, it's available, come in we can talk about it. So I did. Magically, although it took me less than an hour to get there, the car was spontaneously sold. BUT, he had other similar cars for sale.
Either there some crazy deals going on, where he can't seem to keep the cars from being instantly bought, or he's just lying to get you in, try sell you some bucket junker.
Very dishonest way to deal with customers. I'd give it 1 star, but the guy is so blatantly a conman when you meet him, that he gives his own game away. Glad I didn't actually buy anything there, feel dirty.

I rang them today to confirm whether the car on their website is still available. When I got there they said it's been sold 10 minutes ago but they've got some other cars. So I had a closer look at one of their cars which clearly had been in an accident and asked about the damage. He said that car wasn't damaged at all which was clearly a lie. I promptly left this dodgy place.

Bought a car from this garage in Feb 2018. Saw an advert online for a car and decided to go to the garage on the sat unannounced to look at it. The premises was locked up. Should of realised then, I phoned up and had an answer from the dealer who said the car was available and negotiated a time to look at it. They must have that many unhappy customers they must only agree to view by appointment to swerve the complaints. Arrived at the garage but was told the car had just been sold. “But we have this just in and someone is driving up from Southampton to buy it” Yeah I know...! To be fair car was really nice to look at and really low mileage which got me hooked. Ended up buying it and ran it for six months. Went to sell it on and discovered it was a catD. It’s illegal to sell a trade vehicle without declaring it to the buyer which they didn’t! Managed to sell it at a reduced price due to the catD so lost over a grand on it! Lot of messing about and no answer from dealer after numerous attempts to get in touch and visit the garage! Locked up obviously!!! Avoid getting conned by these two!!!

DON'T BUY FROM HERE
Rang about a car in the morning, they said it's fine, come before 4.
Half way there (3 hour journey) we call again, and suddenly there's "nobody at the shop". After reading these reviews, clearly they're lying and just don't have the car. Don't waste your time.
