Mohanad is very helpful and does anything to make his customer comfortable. This was our first car purchase in UK and he spent all day with us explaining in and out to make us comfortable. Car was 400£ under the market average, but it is in perfect shape. When I had any concern about it for example tyres, he offered changing them for us. So he always finds a solution to a problem. Even after 3 weeks from the purchase, he checks if everything is fine. He has tracked log book delivery almost everyday so we can get it quickly. Also he offers pretty good warranty.

If you have any doubt, just talk to the guy and he will help you out.

He also answered any questions openly and honestly, and enabled me and my partner to check the vehicle thoroughly. He was very polite, professional and highly attentive. The car that we bought has been a joy, it was in amazing condition thank God, and all details of the car advertised completely matched the condition of the car when we arrived and came to see it in person. Best car buying experience we've had to date. Mo stayed late after hours to accommodate our appointment and made sure we were comfortable, before showing us around the car in his well lit showroom and helping us navigate around the local area for a test drive. Once we got back to the showroom and decided to buy the car, he gave us a great part exchange price on the car we had to trade in and helped us get prepared to take the new car away. Mo seems a very genuine guy and made sure we were well looked after all the way through the buying experience. Would highly recommend.
