Park's Dacia Ayr

First time there for the first service on my new Dacia Duster. Impeccable customer service, very obliging and I must say I was very impressed with the service received compared to the London Dacia dealership where I purchased the vehicle. Night and day. Top marks to the staff there.

The people I spoke to in the service department were excellent. The day of the service was perfect from start to finish. I was not so happy when I first came in to see about getting a new car and was told there was a six months waiting list for a Sandero.That is when I decided to have my car serviced and keep it for a while longer.

I went into the branch in May looking to change my car. Steven soon gave great advise on helping me choose the right car for our family. I thought we wouldnt receive the car until Oct /Nov time however after monthly updates from Steven we collected our new car yesterday. Excellent customer care with a friendly and relaxed service.

Had a great sales experience with Carrick, kept informed throughout the purchase process, I didn't feel under pressure, and took an interest in what i was looking for to help make the right choice of car.
