New Inn Trade Centre

A very disappointing experience I'm afraid. I bought my new car from New Inn Trade Centre and have been completely ripped off. They formally traded as GS car sales and it came no surprised that they have had to change their name to their current trading name. I live over a 150 miles away from them and bought the car from their ebay description - What a mistake!! The factory fitted extras listed do not exist and their idea of "excellent condition" is a joke. They have refused to refund or even offer a partial refund and left me with no alternative but to approach trading standards and what will obviously be the county court route. Please, if you are considering buying a vehicle from them, beware they are fraudsters, the owner has been taken to court previously for fraud and was the subject of a proceeds of crime order.
