Bought a 2009 insignia in Nov 2017 and it has constant problems. It went back after a few days with clutch problems and they told me there was nothing wrong with the car. It also had a AFL light come on all the time which is the automatic lights ( which is a great feature) which when lit up on the dash the high beams will not work which i was told it would cost £800 to replace. then I took it a few weeks later due the a leak pouring in from ceiling, boot and back passenger seat. I took it to the garage they used and they put a hose on it for 30 seconds and said there was no leak. The clutch finally gave in and needed replacing in May after I spent months of not always being able to get it into gear. With other works that were carried out on the car connecting to that cost £950. Had the mot Oct 2018 and it failed miserably costing me £393 then to be told the window was cracked and had chips all over it ( which was like it when I bought it) which I had to fork out another £210 for a new windscreen. The car stinks of mould and is still saturated with water in the boot and back passenger side which I've tried to dry out as much as I can but the smell will never go. After spending £3800 to buy the car and having to fork out all this money I'm very dissapointed and gutted that the car I've always wanted to buy has been a massive let down due to cowboy car dealers like this one who sold this heap of junk to me. Please save your money and go elsewhere.

I bought a BMW 520d from these guys the car itself is actually a good car the problem was there was lacquer peel on the bonnet and on the driver's door and a slight dent on the Passengers door I agreed to pay a certain price if the bonnet the doors were rectified however I I picked the car up just before I due to go on holiday so I didn't have correct time to inspect the car but over a period of time I have noticed the poor workmanship on the spray job on the bonnet and the two doors and I was also promised the second key for the car which I still have not received. I'm not saying avoid this dealership but I would make sure before you part with your money that everything is correct and in order.

Very bad experience with these guys. Bought a Car from them and while driving home after buying it the Engine Management Light came on, I called them and they said we cant do anything its yours now. I have spent lots of money to fix its issues and they are keep coming. I wish I could give no stars. Please dont waste your time and money to buy any car from them. Thank you

Please don’t buy from these people!! I wish I had looked into the reviews more before I bought from them!! They are nothing but con men, I bought a VW sharan off them in January, they delivered it to me which I thought was great but they just left straight away after handing me the keys and paperwork. I was heavily pregnant at the time and also had 2 other children which they knew, they didn’t even show me around the car or anything!!
After 2 weeks the engine management light came on so I had it plugged in and it was the AD BLUE INJECTOR SENSOR rang them and they said they would come and get it to fix it. Then in April the light came on again, this time it was AIR FLOW MASS, they told me to go through the warranty company so I did. After taking it to my local garage we were shocked to be told that the car wasn’t roadworthy 😱 they had cut out both catalistic converters and just welded it up not replaced them so that in turn had started making other bits go wrong all in all costing just shy of £5k to be fixed. The warranty company refused to pay for it based on its age 🤷🏻‍♀️ It was 8 years old. When we went back through our finance company who had an independent mechanic look over our garages invoice they found that the MOT that was put on in January was in actual fact fake as the advisories on previous MOT in July we’re also on the garages invoice. They said they had done a service but I had no invoice from this and no proof they had changed the Ad blue injector.
We ended up rejecting the car and sending it back to them where they then tried to pull a fast one stating we had damaged the car, little did they know we had already put in a complaint about certain bits on the car we weren’t happy with. When I told them I would take them to court they soon backed down 😂 I wonder why? 😡 absolute con men and putting loves at risk as well

This company are absolute Rouge Traders and Cowboys. They have no care for there customers health & Safety. They sold a VW Sharan to my pregnant partner knowing we already had to children. We had our Engine light come on twice in 2 months. They had cut out the catalytic Converters out and just cover it up with bad welding. The car was given a fake MOT, There was a funny smell and we believe dangerous gases coming into the car because of the stuff they had tampered with. We took the car to a local Garage which after a full inspection, we was quoted over £5000 in repairs, which included 2 nearly bold tyres, bolts & nuts missing & various over problems and issues because of there lack of care & concern for there customers Safety. The car should never of been on the road. The local Mechanic said he would hate to think what cud of happened if we had an accident in this dangerous unroadworthy 2012 car. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE CONMEN, DON’T BUY NOTHING OFF THEM 🤬

Very happy with the smooth and professional experience purchasing my car from this dealership. They answered all my questions and gave great aftersale customer service too. They will be my first stop when I need to change the other family car.

Brought a corsa vxr off them at the end of January, haven't seen the road for longer than 300 miles before I broken down, garaged checked it, headgasket and compression cylinder both gone. currently on the road to returning the car through claims ect. dont bother buying from these.

I highly recommend this garage. Really pleased with my Audi A3, such a good car for the good deal I had. Amazing customer service. Couldn't ask for more.
